I have atrial fibrillation and take meds to help control it. I do however still have some episodes. I find that if I stike the tuning fork and apply it to my sternum, my heart rhythm returns to normal. I have also noticed that it seems to have helped with the arthritic pain I have in my knees. I have been using the 128htz tuning fork, morning and night, for just on a week now. I have had chronic pain/nerve issues for over 20yrs. The first night of using it my sleep was better than usual, by day 3, my pain and nerve issues were noticeably different. They were less intense and they frequency of the flare ups had started decreasing. This morning I actually woke up and was able to get up out of bed and start to move without having to lean on my walking stick, which is what I have been doing for the last 3 months. The order arrived safely but the hammer had a broken shaft. We taped it up & tried the Tuning Fork with the single weight as supplied. It does not seem to vibrate for very long 😕 We didn't receive instructions so unsure where to hold it when you strike the fork. When it vibrates as soon as you press on a part of the body the vibration stops. If it is held near the body but not actually touching it does vibrate for a few seconds.

I cannot get it to work. When I hit the fork with the hammer, it only vibrates for one or two seconds and then stops before I can even get it onto my body. What am I doing wrong?

It may just need a slightly firmer activation. Try striking it on your palm or a rubber surface rather than something hard. The vibration should last longer than a few seconds.
