Absolutely love the tuning forks. I use them every night on myself and my 12yr old. I don't even wake up during the night anymore. Wished id found them sooner, but so blessed to have them in our lives xx

I initially purchased the Mind Body Soul bundle as a gift, thought I'd have a try for myself first, and pretty quickly decided to gift them to me 😊......they are soooo soothing. I have osteo arthritis in my shoulders and hips, used the 128Hz and 136.1 as per instructions, and the pain relief was almost instant. They also seemed to free up range of movement in my shoulders which was quite remarkable. I purchased the Purelief Mind, Body & Soul tuning fork bundle and found them incredibly easy to use. To be honest, I was really quiet sceptical at first but after using them consistently for a week, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the results.

To be honest i had little expectation. I assumed id use a few times and store them away.
I cannot say what as changed whilst using them exactly. Its like a cloud as dispersed. I feel lighter. Im more in my body. Ive nerve damage and now i have more awareness of my feet....
My anxious pony can be calmed in minutes with a few dongs 🤣

The more I use purelife the more I'm impressed with them I set myself a routine 2 or 3 times a day, my tinnitus has improved my foggy head is all gone along with my headaches wish I knew about them before but me being a sceptic it proved I was wrong.

I have been sleeping poorly for a few years now and I have tried all the usual things eg melatonin, magnesium, blue light blockers etc to no avail. I accidentally came across tuning forks and researched them and decided to give them a go.
The first thing I immediately noticed was how relaxing it was and the flow on benefits from relaxation. Although not perfect my sleep has definitely improved with me tuning prior to bed. I would definitely encourage anyone with an open mind to try tuning forks

Disappointing that there are no instructions on ways to use the forks, no helpful information on getting the most from them. Yes, I could google and watch videos for hours of everyone's ideas, but how about the seller providing relevant information? This so common these days and it's tiresome. No reflection on the product itself.. the forks vibrate beautifully.
