What are they made from?

Cast high-grade aluminium alloy. It's the standard material for therapeutic tuning forks because it's light, durable and holds a clean, long vibration. Each fork is tuned to within about 1Hz of its stated frequency.

Where are they made?

In specialist acoustic facilities in China, same as most tuning forks at this price point. I work closely with my supplier on quality, and orders ship directly to you so there's no extra stop through a warehouse first.

What are they used for?

Most people use them as part of a daily wind down, to relax, slow their breathing and settle the body. You strike the fork and place it gently on spots like the chest, forehead or shoulders, or hold the higher frequencies near the ears. They pair well with breathwork and meditation.
