A quick note before you apply

I first came across tuning forks in a breathwork session. The facilitator placed one on my chest and something just clicked. I wanted Australians to have a simple tool like that at home. No app, no subscription.

Purelief is just me, here in Byron Bay. A lot of brands in this space run AI-generated ads with people who don't exist. I'd rather show real customers in their real lives, and that's where you come in.

I have been using the 128htz tuning fork, morning and night, for just on a week now. I have had chronic pain/nerve issues for over 20yrs. The first night of using it my sleep was better than usual, by day 3, my pain and nerve issues were noticeably different. They were less intense and they frequency of the flare ups had started decreasing. This morning I actually woke up and was able to get up out of bed and start to move without having to lean on my walking stick, which is what I have been doing for the last 3 months. I woke up on morning at the beginning of March and was in the most excruciating pain and I couldn't walk, move, sit, or lay without crying from the pain. I was told it was just my arthritis and that I had overdone things moving house, next thing I was told I had pinched a nerve, then I was told I had pinched a nerve but it was pulled muscles, all resulting in trying to get me to give to medication which I refused. Then this morning no stick, able to walk with on a slight hint of a deep niggling feeling. Added bonus was that my 18yr old Ragdoll cat who has dementia, nerve sensitivity in the lower part of his spine towards his tail and age related issues for a super senior cat, is always next to me when I was using my tuning fork and could hear the sound. Right from the first night he started sleeping better, he was a lot less agitated through the day and night. After I use it myself I then started just holding it above his head after activating it and over the last week he has had only one night of "sundowners" and pacing through the night. He has had less episodes of vocalisation and he is seemingly less sensitive in areas that I could barely touch let alone brush to help groom him. My other cat who is a lot younger has also become alot calmer and is quite content to relax for long periods of time either beside me or on my lap from doing the same thing with her. I dont touch them with the tuning fork only hold it above their heads between their ears after activating it. So its been a win all around. I have since purchased the mind body and soul bundle and am waiting for it to arrive. Thank you Purelief for helping my get my body back on track after 20+ yrs of Big Pharma trying to dictate and control what my body does and needs 🙏🫶

I initially purchased the Mind Body Soul bundle as a gift, thought I'd have a try for myself first, and pretty quickly decided to gift them to me 😊......they are soooo soothing. I have osteo arthritis in my shoulders and hips, used the 128Hz and 136.1 as per instructions, and the pain relief was almost instant. They also seemed to free up range of movement in my shoulders which was quite remarkable. I also tried the suggested vibration on my sternum, and found it to be very calming, especially in the morning before your day kicks off. The higher frequency sound tones are also very soothing and calming. There is nothing negative about this product and the idea behind it. The ease of ordering and purchase was pleasing, and I received a prompt response from Sean on a delivery and packaging query I had..... It's good to know that your touching base with a small business founder within Australia....definitely a recommended product, first for yourself, and also a great gift option....cheers Sean for opening my eyes up to a holistic approach to my old man aches and pains 😀

Store owner replied: Hi Colette, Thanks for the honest feedback. You don't need the complete set to get results. It's most likely technique. Hold the fork by the base, lightly, not tightly, and strike it firmly against the activator. Then rest the base gently on the spot, pressing only lightly. That lets it vibrate a lot longer. Keep it there for up to 20 seconds, even after you can't feel it. It's still doing its thing. It is early days yet but I have been using it on an ankle severely injured in a car accident around sixty years ago and it seems to be making a difference. It also helped with backache from an even older long-term injury from a horse riding accident.

I am still learning and playing with my tuning fork. I love using it to create calm in my body by just holding it in front of my forehead, chest and sides of my head, to feel the gentle soothing vibrations I have also used it on the inside of my knee to east pain of a soft tissue injury with success in reducing the discomfort. I've given three stars because: 1. I am sceptical that the forks are tuned to the correct frequency and that, if they are, how do I know that won't change with use (weighted forks). 2. I have arthritis in my thumb joints. The short stem makes them difficult to hold firmly without pain. Maybe some knurling would help or a longer stem? 3. Some advice on where/how to check the frequency would be helpful. Even an app suggestion or your own app would be great. This being my first fork purchase, I was really surprised at how short they vibrate for.

Store owner replied: Hi George, thanks for the honest review. Every fork is tuned within 1Hz before it ships, and the weighting sits away from the tines so it shouldn't drift with normal use. A chromatic tuner app is an easy way to spot check the tone yourself if you want to. Sorry the short stem is tough on your thumbs, that's really useful feedback and I'll look into a longer or knurled option. In the meantime the Resonance Base takes some of the grip pressure off since you rest the fork in it rather than holding it the whole time. Worth noting these are wellness tools, not medical devices. Appreciate you taking the time to write this up. Sean

Recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis - on the nights I use the 128 for 3 minutes on painful spots I have much less to no pain and subsequently better sleep.
